The Nut Tree Smiles Dentistry office is a professional and friendly experience from phone etiquette to treatment to exit. I cannot recommend this office more highly! I was recommended by a friend to obtain a second opinion. The person (Heather) that I spoke to on the phone was clear and patient with my questions. Making an appointment was easy. Immediately upon arrival I noticed how clean the office facility is. They actually greet you with a smile. Everything flowed smoothly. No one treated me as if I wasn’t their patient. If I had a question or concern, in that moment I was their concern. Christian, who often asked about my comfort, performed my X-rays and tests before Dr.Martinez examined me. Both men are kind, knowledgeable, gentle and made me feel like a priority. Dr. Martinez is warm and efficient. I noticed that he did everything himself, giving him a full understanding of my dental condition and not relying on an assistant’s perspective. Hannah the front office person, came to me after the exam and clearly explained the future appointments and financial details privately, in a clear and professional manner before handing it to me clearly written out. I’m 100% transferring care to this office. It is a 45 minute drive away for me, but it’s that worth trusting my dental health to.
